Pete worked for the Accountancy Co-operative for over 11 years and has finally retired. Having said that he will still probably have his brains picked now and again for the valuable knowledge he has accumulated over the years!
He ran a small businesses himself as a self-employed trader, and also worked as area manager for a national company.
Peter has a wide range of practical business and tax knowledge and will now, depending on the weather, spend his time sailing off into the sunset! (Can we come?- Ed)He successfully guided several clients through gruelling tax investigations. We, of course, like to wind him up and tell him he's 'the old duffer' but Pete is well versed in Microsoft Excel and adept with our special taxation software.
Our new guy David Sweeney joined us and has taken over many of Peter's clients, bringing new talents into the Coop.
