Support and Advice

When your Accounting System fails, your computer crashes, you can't work out how to do something... Help is at Hand! We run Telephone Support, Remote Support (via Broadband), as well as On-Site Support services to help you get back in business again as quickly as possible.

We run various support services including a pre-paid (PAYG) telephone support service in which we can assist you with problems you may have with your accounts system. Contact us for Details.

Training

We run Training Courses at your premises or at ours on Sage Accounting and Payroll systems. If you need a P60 layout for plain paper for Sage Payroll then click here. You should save it into your Reports folder (eg: C:\Program Files\Sage Payroll\Reports\TaxYear1112) for the 2011-12 year, overwriting the previously installed layout P60HMRCLAS.form. You can then print them from the Year End Routine for 2011-12 as normal, selecting "P60 HMRC Laser" (or "P60 single sheet Unrestricted") from the drop-down list, and preview/print as required. If the blank layout still appears then you have not saved the report in the correct place on your hard disk. Call if you need help with this.

We can also assist you in setting up your new system and getting started with the right opening balances and good practice techniques.

We can design reports for you to extract information out of your Sage system in a way in which makes more sense to you. We can also assist with spreadsheets and other common office tools.
