Remote
Support Service Provided you have internet access you can take advantage of our Remote Support Service. By downloading and running our specially constructed Coop Support Module (link right), you can easily instruct your computer to connect to any one of our support personnel.
Once connected, our staff can see your screen and control your mouse and keyboard, to help you with problems with your accounting system. You always have full control and can break the connection at any time. Once we have finished with the program, it automatically unloads itself and we cannot reconnect unless you re-run the Module. It's quick and it's easy! So how much does it cost? There is no charge for using our remote service Software. You only need to sign up for our Pay-As-You-Go telephone support service which is charged by the minute, and pre-paid in hourly chunks, see rates. Just 1 hour or so may be all you ever need in a year. Don't be caught by large annual support contracts! Note we also provide on-site tuition on Sage Accounting and Payroll systems for you and your staff. Check out our other services for details.
